At Talarix Moto, we are committed to getting your parts to you as quickly and safely as possible. We ship across Australia from our Sydney warehouse using trusted carriers including Australia Post, Sendle, and Aramex.

🚚 Fast Dispatch: Orders placed before 2pm AEDT are dispatched same business day.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2pm AEDT (Monday-Friday)
  • Next Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 2pm AEDT
  • Weekend Orders: Processed on the next business day
  • Public Holidays: Processing may take an additional 1-2 days

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using:

Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

6. Signature on Delivery

For orders over $200, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • You can authorize "Safe Drop" at checkout (at your own risk)
  • Talarix Moto is not responsible for stolen packages left without a signature
  • If you're not home, the carrier will leave a collection notice

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within Australia only. We are working on expanding to international shipping. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates on international availability.

8. Click & Collect

Free pickup available from our Sydney warehouse.

  • Location: 18 Pacific Vista Dr,Byron Bay NSW 2481, Australia (exact address provided after order)
  • Pickup Hours: Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm
  • Ready Time: Usually within 2 hours of order confirmation
  • ID Required: Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to arrange collection.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Visible Damage: Take photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours
  • Lost Packages: Contact us if no tracking updates for 7+ business days
  • Investigation: We will file a claim with the carrier (may take 5-10 business days)
  • Resolution: Replacement or refund once claim is approved

📸 Important: Always take photos of damaged packaging before opening. This helps us process your claim faster.

10. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address:

  • Before Dispatch: Contact us immediately - we can update your address
  • After Dispatch: We cannot change the address once shipped
  • Wrong Address Provided: You may be responsible for redirection fees charged by the carrier

Always double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.
