At Talarix Moto Australia, responsibility for goods transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to and physically received at the delivery address provided at checkout (or by a person nominated by the customer).
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
Orders placed late in the week may be dispatched the following business week

We ship throughout Australia. In rare cases, certain remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable. If delivery is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or refund.

Note any visible damage with the courier where possible

Talarix Moto Australia stands behind the quality and reliability of our electric bikes and accessories. All products include a limited manufacturer warranty when used under normal riding conditions and maintained according to guidelines.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Labour and shipping costs may apply in some cases.
All warranty work must be approved in advance and carried out by an authorised service partner.

Charging practices
Battery health assessment
Replacement batteries continue under the original purchase date
All batteries must be inspected and approved to determine eligibility
The following are not covered under warranty:
Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, paint, decals)
Consumable parts (brake pads, tyres, chains, bearings, seals)
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, racing, stunts, or neglect
Electrical modifications or use of non-genuine parts
Improper storage, charging practices, or water submersion
Commercial, rental, or fleet use unless agreed in writing
Warranty is transferable with valid proof of original purchase
Claims without documentation may be refused
Unauthorised repairs or modifications may void the warranty
